Return/Exchange Policy
All returns must be returned within 30 days of customer's receipt of order. Unopened, unused merchandise returned in original packaging and in spotless condition will warrant complete refund or exchange. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
For your return:
-Please include a copy of your receipt with the return and/or exchange request portion completed.
-Send to-The Life Library, RETURNS/2014 Fairview Rd./Raleigh, NC 27608.
-For record, send via insured/certifies mail or UPS/FedEx Ground service.
Happenings that simply won't get your money returned:
-The tot who decided The Life Library manual just became his new favorite mouth attraction
-Fido couldn't wait until he stepped outside to do business, so The Life Library manual became next-best option
-Your mum thought she could try out The Life Library (so she wrote in, drew, and spilled her coffee on the pages) and be able to return it, no questions.
